Christopher is an experienced Contract CFO and finance transformation specialist based in Mauritius, dedicated to helping businesses strengthen their financial performance and scale sustainably. A graduate of McGill University (Canada) and holder of both the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations, Christopher brings global financial expertise and a deep understanding of business operations to his clients.
He began his career at EY Toronto, auditing public and private companies across the mining, technology, and cannabis sectors. As Director at KAM Consulting in Toronto, he guided numerous companies through IPOs and Reverse Takeovers (RTOs), including Docebo Inc., Dye & Durham, and Flow Water, helping them navigate complex financial reporting and go-public readiness.
Today, Christopher works as a Contract CFO for SMEs and medium-sized enterprises, offering strategic finance leadership, cash-flow optimization, financial modeling, ERP implementation, and automation solutions. Through Cloud Lounge Ltd., he combines deep financial insight with modern cloud systems to empower businesses with clarity, control, and confidence.
